After years in the concrete industry, Donovan and his wife finally decided to begin a new chapter of their lives: a small family company rooted in the value of family and the pursuit of excellence in hard work.

With the welcoming of their two children, they realized how precious time truly is. With this in mind, they left the city for the countryside in the pursuit of an opportunity to move away from working for someone else so that they could have the flexibility of more quality time as a family. Thus, Saunders Solutions was born with an excitement to do meaningful work and to bring something genuine to an industry that often feels transactional.
